Standard Medical Ride Rates

- Local Trip: 0–10 miles one way
- Standard Trip: 11–30 miles one way
- Long-Distance Trip: 31–50 miles one way
- Extended Distance: Over 50 miles one way

Best for short local medical appointments and nearby clinics.
Standard & Long Distance (11–50 miles)
$45 base + $2.40 per mile
Examples: 15 miles = $81 | 25 miles = $105 | 45 miles = $153
Extended Distance (Over 50 miles)
$4.00 per mile
For trips exceeding 50 miles, a flat rate of $4.00 per mile is charged to take the client to the location and to return back to a home base.
Standard Wait Time
Standard medical rides include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is $25 per 30 minutes unless included in a package.

Overage & Extension Rates
- Extra Mileage: $2.25 per mile for distance over the included 15-mile round trip
- Extended Appointments: $25.00 per 30 minutes after the included 60 minutes
Service & Operational Policies
Standard Return Policy: On-time drop-off guaranteed. Return trips scheduled based on driver availability.
Accessibility: Ambulatory passengers only. No wheelchair or stretcher transport.
Passenger Assistance: Drivers do not physically touch or assist customers in/out of the vehicle.
No Rollover Policy: All rides must be used within the designated billing cycle (week or month). Unused rides do not carry over.
